Goalkeeping is an ever evolving position. Attacking players are developing new techniques to ensure they can be successful in front of goal.
As goalkeepers, we have to constantly adapt and progress.
Our training is holistic in nature with focus on athletic ability, basics mastered and unpredictable match based scenarios.
Being a progressive or 3D goalkeeper is what HGA aims to produce when you walk onto the training pitch.
